Erling Haaland has been left out of Manchester City’s squad to face Leicester City on Saturday, October 29.
The Norwegian did not travel to the King Power stadium with the squad after picking up an injury midweek.
Haaland, 22, has featured in every Premier League game this season for Manchester City and has proven to be worth every penny of his transfer fees, scoring 17 goals in 11 appearances for Guardiola’s side.
On Friday, Guardiola admitted Haaland was a fitness doubt for his side ahead of the trip to Leicester after he was substituted at half time during City’s Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund.

“He feels better, but we train this afternoon, and we will assess in these few hours,” Guardiola said as quoted on Express.
“We will see how he feels. After we will decide - I will know it in two hours if he can play.
Barely 24 hours later and Haaland indeed failed to pass the late fitness test, leading to his omission from the squad.
