Pedri gave an honest verdict of Barcelona's early UEFA Champions League elimination.
Barcelona knew of their Champions League exit before kick-off against Bayern Munich, rendering the game a dead-rubber encounter.
Unfortunately, the Catalan giants were handed a heavy 3-0 defeat in front of a packed Spotify Camp Nou to underline a disastrous campaign in Europe's premier club competition.
Following the humiliating loss against Bayern, who have become a thorn in the flesh of the Blaugrana in recent times, Pedri admitted his side's output in the Champions League has been a failure.

“Of course, it’s a failure, Barça have to get out of the group and they haven’t because we didn’t deserve to continue in the Champions League," Pedri said as quoted by All Football.
He continued: "We are a very young team, with a lot of room for improvement, we have made great signings, but it has not been enough for us enough to compete in the Champions League and it’s a great disappointment”.
The 19-year-old midfielder revealed his side are a long way off their goals.
“We lack many things, but we have to be self-critical. It is true that in Munich we deserved more, in Milan there were a couple of circumstances… but after seeing what happened today it has been seen that we are not prepared to compete in the Champions League”.
