Mats Hummels earned his first UEFA Champions League man of the match award, and he’s not willing to share it.
The German defender was in exceptional form for Borussia Dortmund as the Bundesliga side drew with Manchester City.
Sky Sports reported that Riyad Mahrez missed a penalty, as the English champions and the Black and Yellow played out to a 0-0 draw.
While the game itself wasn’t the most exciting, Hummels’ acceptance of his trophy definitely stole the show. The defender was named the man of the match after his performance against Pep Guardiola’s side.

While taking photos after the game, Jude Bellingham went up to Hummels to congratulate him. The defender pushed the attacker away and cheekily said, “Hey, you have 20, this is my first one.”
Bellingham has been constantly on the top of his game for Dortmund this season, often winning man-of-the-match trophies.
On the other hand, Hummels is slowly finding his way back to his former glory and is hoping to earn a contract extension at the club. Hummels’ contract with Dortmund expires at the end of the season.
At the start of the current season, Hummels admitted he would not offer himself a contract extension if he were in the German club's shoes, Bulinews reported.
