Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has ruled his side out of the Premier League title race after their latest defeat.
The North London side fell to a 2-0 defeat against Manchester United on Wednesday, October 19 at Old Trafford thanks to goals from Fred and Bruno Fernandes.
As per stats recorded by Opta, United registered 28 attempts on goal in that game, the most against a side managed by Conte.
United simply looked more hungry for all three points, despite Spurs going into the game enjoying a seven-point lead over their rivals.

Conte spoke immediately after the defeat where he admitted United were on a different level to Tottenham.
“I consider United a really good team,” Conte told Amazon Prime Sport as quoted by The Sun.
“You know very well the potential of this club, what they did in the transfer market and what money they can spend. For sure we are speaking about two different levels.
“At the same time, I think in this type of game we can do much better. We are struggling. We struggled against Chelsea, we struggled against Arsenal, we struggled today against United.”
So far this season, Tottenham is yet to beat the traditional big six sides.
Their first encounter with such teams was a 2-2 draw against Chelsea when Thomas Tuchel was still in charge of the Blues.
