Nigerian coach Folabi Ojekunle has backed Erik Hag for dropping Cristiano Ronaldo for Manchester United coming Premier League battle against Chelsea.
Manchester United will on Saturday, 22 October, be at Stamford Bridge to face the Blues in a Premier League encounter that is expected to be challenging between these two sides.
Ronaldo was dropped for the match by Hag because of him storming off before the conclusion of Wednesday's win over Tottenham.
The Portuguese was named among the substitutes against Spurs as United recorded a 2-0 win thanks to Fred and Bruno who scored the goals.

Speaking to Sports Brief exclusively, Ojekunle explained that he is not happy with Ronaldo's attitude at Manchester United claiming that the Portuguese is causing division.
''Erik is a coach and a gaffer can drop any player for a match and when you even look at what Ronaldo did at Spurs, it was not fine because of the players looking up to him.
''He should be a role model to many players and not him causing division in the team which is not nice from Ronaldo.''
Manhester United are currently occupying 5th position on the Premier League table with 19 points after 10 games played so far.
