Orlando Pirates star Thembinkosi Lorch linked with surprise Mamelodi Sundowns move

The second leg of the MTN 8 Wafa Wafa between Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates on Saturday has been saddled with more intrigue.
The Buccaneers' nemesis Peter Shalulile is likely set to miss the encounter after suffering a muscle injury unless a miracle happens. The tie is currently level at 0-0 after the first leg in Orlando at the beginning of the month.
According to the Daily Sun, Sundowns head coach Rhulani Mokwena said:
He has a bit of a complicated situation, and we are trying to see various specialists and get different opinions. Anything that I say would be based on suspicion and not factual. Let's wait, and I think the club will give an update. But at the moment, he is unavailable because there is a bit of a complication. I mean muscular and nothing else."

The Namibian international was a surprise omission from the Sundowns squad last night, when they had to struggle to beat Marumo Gallants 1-0, as per Eye Witness News. Sphelele Mkhulise's 27th-minute strike proved to be the difference in what was a dramatic encounter.
Kaizer Chiefs has suffered an injury that the club could ill afford.
As reported by Sports Brief, the club's new goal-getter Caleb Bimenyimana has reportedly suffered a thigh injury that could sideline him for the rest of the year. This will see him miss important fixtures like the second leg of the MTN8 semifinal against Amazulu this weekend - the tie is currently locked at 1-all - and the much-anticipated Soweto Derby against Orlando Pirates at the end of the month.
The Burundian is currently tied with Mamelodi Sundowns hitman Peter Shalulile at the top of the DStv Premiership goal-scoring chart, with six goals apiece.
