On Wednesday, Ronaldo did not play a single minute of the match and Tottenham were dismantled, failing to make any serious impact on the game. They have now lost four straight games to the Red Devils, according to the BBC.

According to Goal, Conte said his side played well in last season's loss.

"We lost 3-2, but we lost to him, not to United last season. I remember that very well, because we played a very good game.”

After the game, fans were on his case, mocking the Italian for allegedly mocking United's performance last season. One fan used Michael Jordan's meme created from the Last Dance documentary.
