The future of Kylian Mbappe is still unsettled, with the French forward apparently close to leaving Paris Saint-Germain just five months after signing a mega deal with the Ligue 1 champions.

Mbappe appears disgruntled with the PSG hierarchy and also shares a strained relationship with Brazilian Neymar, as the Parisians’ dressing room looks divided.

According to the Daily Mirror, Mbappe remained tight-lipped as to where he will be playing next season when he was asked at a charity event to choose between Liverpool or Real Madrid.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Mbappé's reported unhappiness at French club Paris Saint-Germain has reached new heights, as allegations of a smear campaign continue to do the rounds.

PSG are accused of launching an online campaign against Mbappé and other of the club's stars, as well as media outlets.

Fayza Lamari recently retweeted a post claiming a smear campaign has been created to push Mbappé towards leaving the French club.
