Klopp's arrival at Liverpool in 2015 completely changed the club's fortunes, helping them lift their first league title in 30 years in 2020. However, according to Sky Sports, pundits say age and mental fatigue may be catching up with them.
Ex-Man United defender Rio Ferdinand urged the Reds to sign new players but he also feels they must take a cautious approach, according to The Daily Mail.
“There are a few players in there who are ageing and that’s just part of life. But you’ve got to get the right players. I do think they need to. Mane’s been a big loss. They recruited Nunez to try to fill that void; at the moment, it’s not going as well as they would have wanted to. But I think in time, it may catch up.”
