Super Eagles legend Jay-Jay Okocha has explained that his nephew, Alex Iwobi is now fulfilling his potential this season in the Premier League under Frank Lampard at Everton.
Iwobi has been one of the best forwards so far this term in the Premier League and his manager at Everton, Lampard has also praised the Nigerian for his contributions.
The former Arsenal man has accounted for two assists and a goal scored in the club’s 2-1 loss to Manchester United in the English top flight.
According to the report on GOAL, Okocha explained he is happy to see that Iwobi is currently doing well for Everton in the Premier League.

“It’s great to see him playing to his potential. We all knew that he’s got something special, but it’s taken him a little while to settle down."

The former Bolton Wanderers skipper, an uncle to Alex Iwobi, watched with delight as his nephew ripped the back of the United net in the opening minutes of the encounter.
