Former France and Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit has lashed out at Kylian Mbappe, telling his compatriot to 'grow up.'
Mbappe has made the headlines for the wrong reasons following fast-growing reports of his reported 'broken relationship' with the top hierarchy of Paris Saint-Germain.
His rapid deteriorating relationship with teammate Neymar is well documented and multiple reports have indicated he feels betrayed by the top executives of PSG.
Assessing the situation at PSG, 1998 World Cup winner Emmanuel Petit took a swipe at Mbappe for his 'bad boy' attitude.

“In recent weeks, I find him out of touch in his communication I find that he is moving more and more from the central subject, which is the game and the pitch," Petit said as quoted by Get French Football News.
"He is making it more and more personal. Of course, I hear rumours that promises have not been kept, but I want to tell him: “Kylian, grow up, that’s life”.
“It’s the same every day. You are made promises that nobody keeps most of the time, does that mean you have to stop working and question everything? Of course not. That’s what we call everyday life, the life of grown-ups, the life of adults.
"Kylian, the sooner you sort out your problems with yourself, the sooner your performances on the pitch will improve and your relations with the public and your teammates will be calmer.”
