Chelsea defender Reece James appeared to send a subtle dig at Crystal Palace's winger Wilfried Zaha following his side's victory on Saturday.

Chelsea beat Crystal Palace 2-1, with Connor Gallagher scoring right at the death against his former side.

Odsonne Edouard had opened the scoring against the run of play to shock Graham Potter's side. Veteran defender Thiago Silva was lucky to escape a straight red card for denial of a goal-scoring opportunity.

Sports Brief had earlier reported that Lauren James, the younger sister of Chelsea's fullback Reece James, showed her uncanny nature when she trolled her opponents.

The West Ham supporters started booing her and Lauren responded in kind by making a gesture to the fans in an apparent move to remind them what the scoreline was.
