Although Liverpool's injuries are growing less, they will miss four players for Brighton's visit on Saturday evening.

Andy Robertson, Curtis Jones, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remain out of action for the match.

The four players all contributed to Liverpool's terrific 2021/22 season, although they fell short in their final game, the Champions League final. Roberton, in particular, has been missed by Liverpool, according to the Mirror.

Jurgen Klopp's side have not kicked on this season despite being considered a Premier League title challenger alongside Manchester City's perennial rivals. Klopp is hopeful about Robertson's return.

"He's doing really well. It looks really good, so he's not out for long. "He's already out on the pitch running. It's a good sign. I don't know if it will be next week or the week after."

Liverpool sets off on a series of 13 matches in 42 days, during a particularly busy time in the season. The German coach said the next six weeks will allow his team to bounce back after a poor start to the season.
