The Erik ten Hag-tutored side are predicted to seal another sixth-place finish at the end of the 2022/23 season.

This is despite the Old Trafford dwellers showing signs of revival that has seen them pick four wins in a row in the English top-flight.

However, the renowned website believes that the Red Devils will manage just 61 points this term to earn themselves a sixth-place finish.

Man City backed to retain the Premier League title

Elsewhere, reigning champions Man City have been tipped to reclaim the trophy under the tutelage of Pep Guardiola.

City are projected to rack up 87 points to be crowned as champions, ahead of Liverpool who have been tipped to finish second with 75 points.

Arsenal look set to earn themselves Champions League football for the first time since the 2016/17 season.

The Gunners, who have had a bright start to the season, have been tipped to finish third, with rivals Tottenham completing the top four podium.

This would see Chelsea miss out on a top-four finish, with the Blues expected to manage a fifth-place finish with 64 points.

Arsene Wenger backs Arsenal for Premier League title challenge

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that legendary Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has backed the club to challenge for the Premier League title under the tutelage of Mikel Arteta.

Wenger, who spent more than 20 years as the Gunners' boss, has not been back at the club since his brutal sacking in 2018.

According to The Sun, the Frenchman has also steadfastly declined to comment on the team he left behind after his exit.
