Jose Mourinho has now advised his players to dive to win penalties. AS Roma were on the receiving end of contentious calls during a Serie A game against Atalanta.

However, the match officials thought otherwise and sent off Mourinho instead, who jumped onto the pitch to protest the decision.
Zaniolo did not go down under a challenge from Atalanta's Caleb Okoli and Mourinho believes the penalty would have been awarded had the Italian gone down, as Daily Mail reports.
There was a very clear penalty. I asked the referee afterwards why and asked him to be clear with me that it was because Zaniolo did not go down
So therefore, I have to change my advice to my players, I have to tell them don't try to stay on your feet, don't play the ball. Be a clown the way many who dive like they're in a swimming pool do in this league because that is evidently how you get penalties.
Roma ended up losing the game courtesy of a Girogio Scalvini strike in the first half.

FootballAtalanta beat As Roma to ascend to the top of the Serie A table
Sports Brief had earlier reported that Atalanta's mini-resurgence this season continued after they pipped AS Roma at the Stadio Olimpico. Atalanta needed just one shot on target to down Roma and climb to the top of the Serie A table.
It was a game marked by tension as Jose Mourinho was sent off for disputing the referee's decision in the second-half
18-year-old Giorgio Scalvini scored the only goal of the game 10 minutes before halftime. AS Roma will feel hard done by the result given that they were the dominant side in the game.
