Thiago Silva exhibited his savage side on Tuesday, September 13 after seemingly mocking defender Jules Kounde after Barcelona lost 2-0 to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
It was a similar tale between the two sides as the Bavarians got the better of their opponents yet again at the Allianz Arena.
Despite being outplayed in the first half, Bayern turned up the style in the second period with two quick-fire goals from Lucas Hernandez and Leroy Sane.

For Hernandez, he headed in at the near post, five minutes into the second half before Leroy Sane found a second moments later.
It was a game that could have had a much different outlook had former Bayern star Robert Lewandowski been more clinical for Barcelona.
After the game, there was one notable football figure who had clearly been keeping tabs on proceedings – Thiago Silva.
The Chelsea defender could not help himself as he took to Instagram to aim a subtle dig at Barcelona, and in particular defender Jules Kounde.
The Brazilian shared a photo of himself on Instagram along with the caption “He almost joined us” , and it did not take long for fans to piece out what he was trying to say.
Kounde was heavily linked with a move to Chelsea in the summer, and it was reported that the Frenchman was willing to make a move to Stamford Bridge from Sevilla.

FootballBut in a famous transfer twist, he opted to stay in La Liga, with Barcelona ultimately winning the race for his services.
Chelsea have since gone on to sign Kalidou Koulibaly, Marc Cucurella and Wesley Fofana to bolster their defense.

Elsewhere, Real Madrid players took to Instagram to poke fun at Barcelona's Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich.
Just minutes after the full-time whistle, Karim Benzema shared a photo of himself holding the Champions League trophy.
His teammate Vinicius Junior also posted a group picture of himself laughing, while Marco Asensio shared a video of himself scoring against Bayern Munich at the Santiago Bernabeu.
