Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has opened up on how the Blues squad reacted to the news of the sacking of Thomas Tuchel as manager.
Tuchel was shown the door earlier in the month following Chelsea's slow start to the new season.
The German tactician's sacking came just hours after he had led the west London side to an embarrassing 1-0 defeat against Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League.
His dismissal took many in the football fraternity by surprise, especially considering he had played an influential role in Chelsea's summer transfer business.

Jorginho reveals how Chelsea stars reacted to Tuchel's sacking
Jorginho, who was a key squad player under Tuchel has now disclosed that his teammates were surprised by Chelsea's decision to get rid of the former PSG boss.
However, the Italian midfielder was quick to admit that the team is equally excited to work under new boss Graham Potter.
"We had a great, great time with Thomas [Tuchel] and we appreciate everything he did for us and for the club," Metro UK quoted jorginho saying.
"It was a surprise for us. There is always talking about what happened but now we have games coming and life is quick, so we don’t have much time to stay there thinking," the midfielder added.
