Emotional scenes have been spotted online following Chelsea's Champions League win against Manchester City on Saturday, May 29.
In a video sighted by Legit.ng, Chelsea player N'Golo Kante's mother stormed the pitch to hug her son for making her proud.
The French international won the man of the match award after 90 minutes as his outstanding performance on the night helped his side become champions of Europe.
In an emotional moment which was caught on camera, Ngolo Kante's mother was seen hugging her son on the pitch after the final whistle, as Chelsea edged Man City thanks to a Kai Havertz's goal scored with just three minutes left to play in the first half.

England star of Nigerian descent Tammy Abraham led the Blues celebration inside the team bus as they sang and danced to Olamide and Omah Lay's hit song 'Infinity'.
Goalkeeper Edouard Mendy and winger Callum Hudson-Odoi also joined in the celebration as they were seen in a video grooving to the song.
