Javier Tebas to report Premier League to UEFA for causing transfer inflation

Meanwhile, Javier Tebas has criticized the English Premier League for what he termed “unsustainable spending” during the summer transfer window.

The La Liga president is now threatening to report the EPL to UEFA after the league outspent their Spanish counterparts more than 20 times over, the Evening Standard reports.

The English Premier League clubs had a total summer transfer window spend of over £2billion compared to La Liga's £404million.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Javier Tebas says he will be excited to see the return of Cristiano Ronaldo to Spain following reports linking the former Real Madrid talisman to Atletico Madrid.

The 37-year-old still has a year remaining on his £360,000-a-week deal at Manchester United but wants to walk away from the club early.
