Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry has claimed that Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele is a better player than Kylian Mbappe.

Mbappe is widely considered one of the best players in the world, having won the World Cup and multiple league titles with AS Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain.

In contrast, Dembele's career has been thwarted by injuries since his transfer from Dortmund to the Camp Nou outfit back in 2017.

However, Gnabry still holds him in higher esteem.

'The best player between Dembele and Mbappe? For me, it's Dembele,' he told his Bayern Munich team-mates on 'Behind the Legend', quoted by Goal.

Dembele finished last season as the leading assist provider in La Liga and it appears he has picked up where he left off.

The 25-year-old has created two assists in La Liga and two more in the UEFA Champions League.
