England international midfielder Keira Walsh has joined Spanish giants FC Barcelona from Manchester City.
According to Skysports, the 25-year-old has signed for Catalonia outfit for a fee reported to be in excess of £350,000, a world record fee for a female footballer.
The previous most expensive footballer was Pernille Harder who completed a switch from Wolfsburg to Chelsea in 2020 for a fee of around £250,000.
Walsh is now free to ply his trade with Barcelona and arrange a medical with the club.

The 25-year-old made six appearances as England won the 2022 Women's Euros in July.
Walsh, who is in the final year of her contract, has spent her entire senior career with City.
The versatile midfielder has clinched one Women's Super League title, three FA Cups and four EFL Cups to her name.
She has become the second Manchester City player to join Barcelona, after fellow England and former Cityzens teammate Lucy Bronze switched to Camp Nou on a free transfer earlier this summer.
Walsh was adjudged the best player at the Euros final against Germany in July. She will travel to Barcelona in the coming days.
