The deepening rift between them came to the fore once again on Tuesday night, September 6, when Neymar was left fuming after Mbappe refused to pass the ball to him for a tap-in.
PSG had taken a 2-0 commanding lead when Mbappe blew a chance to put the game beyond the Italian giants.

But instead of passing the ball to Neymar, who was in a better position to score, Mbappe chose to attempt a shot at goal.
A visibly angry Neymar was seen demanding an explanation from Mbappe, only for the World Cup winner to ignore his teammate's protests.
