Recently, Saliba took aim at his centre-back partner's seemingly 'old head.'
According to the French defender, who is having a breakthrough season after spending three seasons away from the club on loan, Gabriel's head gives an impression of an 'old' player contrary to his young personality.
"Yeah, he’s a very good guy. He’s young but with his head, he looks old but he’s still young and a really good guy. We are a good defence, we’re all friends and I hope we’ll keep going like this." Saliba said in a post-match interview after Arsenal maintained their perfect start to the season.
