Super Eagles legend Jay Jay Okocha has narrated all that was in his head before scoring one of the greatest ever goals in the German Bundesliga.
The former Nigerian international came on as a substitute for Eintracht FrankFurt during their game against Karlsruher and scored one of the most iconic goals in world football.
Okocha, who clocked 49 on August 14, spoke with Sky Sports to say that the time he spent with the ball before he scored was longer than he expected.
Jay Jay emphasised that goalkeeper Oliver Kahn did everything right to prevent him from scoring as he was right there.

Okocha said:
"It wasn't planned, you know. It was a counter-attack and when I got the ball, I had the goalkeeper in front of me, so I pretended as if I was going to shoot to get rid of him, but he didn't want to go away."
"As I was trying to dribble him, some defenders got back. All I was trying to do was to find that gap to take the shot and, fortunately, for me, I managed to get that."
CAF celebrates Okocha at 49
Meanwhile, legendary Jay Jay Okocha, who remains an icon in world football, has clocked 49, and the Confederation of African Football is celebrating the superstar.
Known for his magical dribbling skills during his playing days, Okocha stunned the world following his exploits for several clubs in Europe.
