Toni Kroos has been hailed as the best-ever German midfielder by Lothar Matthaus following his exploits with Real Madrid and the German national team.
Lothar Matthaus who is also considered as a German legend revealed the 32-year-old Real Madrid midfielder’s exploits rank him higher than other midfielders to have played for Germany.
According to Marca, Matthaus believes the number of titles won by Toni Kroos makes him number one ahead of the likes of Mesut Ozil and Michael Ballack.
