Neymar secures vital point for PSG at Parc des Princes
Despite PSG's dominance in the opening exchanges, it was Monaco who had the first sniff at goal, with Benoît Badiashile's header from Kevin Volland's well-floated free-kick nearly finding the back of the net inside seven minutes of action.
Fortunately for Monaco, they were finally able to break the deadlock in the 20th minute via Volland, who fired past a helpless Donnarumma in style after he was set up by Aleksandr Golovin.
Sergio Ramos had a chance to draw PSG level moments before the break, but his attempted overhead kick went awfully wrong.
The home side were finally able to equalise in the 70th minute through Neymar, who stepped up to convert from the penalty spot.
Efforts by PSG to score a winner for the remainder of the clash proved futile, with Monaco holding firm to claim a point.
