Erling Haaland has expressed his excitement after netting his first Premier League hat-trick during Man City's epic comeback win over Crystal Palace.
The Norwegian hitman was the man of the moment as his treble of goals helped City come from two goals down to secure a 4-2 victory at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, August 27.
The reigning Premier League champions found themselves trailing the visitors by two goals at half-time after John Stones' own goal and Joachim Andersen's strike.
However, City sprung a stunning comeback in the second half to secure the three points, with Haaland and Bernardo Silva finding the back of the net.

Silva pulled one back for the home side eight minutes after the break, before Haaland netted a hat-trick within 19 minutes to complete City's comeback.

Haaland's hat-trick was his first in the Premier League since joining Man City in the summer from Borussia Dortmund.
Speaking after the match, the ex-Salzburg ace proclaimed ‘this is why I’m here’ after he bailed out Pep Guardiola's charges with a brilliant, quickfire hat-trick.
"Really good feeling. A proud moment for me and my family. We keep going. These games are why I'm here - to turn things around when there are difficult times," Haaland said via The Mirror.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Manchester City’s Erling Haaland had a first half to forget on Saturday, July 30 during the season's curtain raiser against Liverpool.
Pep Guardiola gave Haaland the nod to start for the Citizens in his first competitive game, but the former Borussia Dortmund struggled at the King Power Stadium.
Haaland joined Manchester City in a £51 million deal earlier this month and is expected to lead Pep Guardiola’s attack in the 2022/23 campaign.
