  • Reports suggest Erik ten Hag is prepared to ship out more players in the coming days as the Dutchman pushes to build his own team that can challenge for trophies

Erik ten Hag is reportedly still keen to sell four more Manchester United players following the departure of Eric Bailly.

Bailly was offloaded to Marseille earlier in the week on loan, having been deemed surplus to requirements at Old Trafford.

The Ivorian had seen his fortunes at the Theatre of Dreams drop significantly, with the arrival of Lisandro Martinez pushing him further down the pecking order.

While United have already made four new signings this summer, the Premier League giants are projected to offload several other players as Ten Hag pushes to build a team that can help him challenge for titles.

Who could Man United offload this summer?

According to The Telegraph, the Red Devils are prepared to part ways with at least four more players in the coming days.

The publication claims Aaron Wan-Bissaka headline a shortlist of players earmarked for sale before the window shuts.

Wan-Bissaka has already lost his place to Diogo Dalot, and Metro UK are reporting that a return to Crystal Palace has been mooted for the England international.

Other players who are likely to join the right-back in quitting Old Trafford include Phil Jones, Axel Tuanzebe, and Brandon Williams.

Ex-Man United goalkeeper questions Casemiro's motive for joining Red Devils

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ben Foster has questioned the motive of Casemiro for joining Manchester United, arguing the Brazilian midfielder is leaving Real Madrid for financial reasons.

Casemiro is on the cusp of signing a four-year deal at Old Trafford, with United set to cough up a fee of £60 million, which will rise after add-ons.

The 30-year-old midfield juggernaut is set to become one of United’s top earners at the club, only coming behind goalkeeper David De Gea and forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
