- A total of 32 teams drawn from Europe's top five leagues are taking part in the elite continental competition
- Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain, who will be hoping to win the title for the first time in their history, have been drawn in Group G and H, respectively
Premier League teams competing in the UEFA Champions League this season have learned about their opponents in the group stages.
The English top-flight has four representatives in the elite competition, including Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur.
Liverpool have been pooled in Group A alongside Dutch giants Ajax, Napoli, and Rangers, who sealed their qualification via a playoff.
Manchester City, meanwhile, are in Group G, and have been drawn with Sevilla, Borussia Dortmund, and Denmark.

2021 champions, Chelsea, will be coming up against Serie A giants AC Milan, Salzburg, and in Group E of the competition.
Tottenham have a relatively easier group - at least on paper - as they have been grouped with last season's Europa League champions, Eintracht Frankfurt, Sporting Lisbon, and Marseille in Group D.

Marca reports that Yaya Toure’s agent Dmitri Seluk had, in 2018, predicted that Spanish manager Pep Guardiola would not win the prestigious title again courtesy of ‘African Shamans’.
The manager had won the title twice during his time at Barcelona, but he has struggled to win the competition since he left the Catalan giants.
