An interesting clip has emerged online showing Bruno Fernandes winding up a couple of Liverpool fans without even realizing it.
The Portuguese midfielder’s gamesmanship during Manchester United’s clash against Liverpool on Monday, August 22 did not go down well with a large section of fans.
Erik Ten Hag’s side were leading the game 2-0 thanks to goals from Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford and were well on course for their first three points of the new campaign.
But in the 81st minute, Mohammed Salah halved the deficit, heading in a goal that would set up a nervy finish.

Salah typically went for the ball immediately after scoring to force a quick restart, but Bruno Fernandes was first to it, and the United midfielder was unwilling to let it go.
This obviously agitated Liverpool players, who were keen on getting the game going once again.
While Liverpool players were agitated by the gamesmanship shown by Bruno Fernandes, a number of fans filmed at a pub also shared similar feelings.
In an interesting clip that has gone viral on Twitter, the fans can be seen shouting at a TV screen as they witnessed Fernandes winding up the Liverpool players at Old Trafford.
The irked fans could also be heard shouting at the referee to send Fernandes off or at least slap him with a yellow card.
