Mega-rich Newcastle United are ready to splurge the cash on Real Sociedad forward Alexander Isak.

Following the Saudi-led takeover of the Tyneside club, Newcastle were expected to open a transfer war chest in the summer, however, the Magpies have been relatively quiet with low-profile acquisitions of Matt Target, Sven Botman, Nick Pope and Charlie Mcarthur.
But it appears the Toons will be flexing their financial muscle soon as they prepare to secure the services of Isak for a club-record fee.
