Callum Hudson-Odoi is on the verge of joining German Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen in the transfer window.
The 21-year-old English-born Ghanaian is set to sign a one-year loan deal to join Leverkusen this summer.
According to Evening Standard, negotiations are at advance stage between the player's representatives and the German club.
Hudson-Odoi has not featured for the Blues in the new season and was left out of the match day squad against Everton on the opening day.
