It was gathered the Gunners have limited funds and will only be able to complete the signings if they sell players.
Meanwhile, Jan Oblak has emerged Chelsea’s major target this summer and Frank Lampard is ready to offer Kepa Arrizabalaga as part of deal the deal to Atletico Madrid.
Kepa has been out of favour at the Stamford Bridge following series of errors which had cost the Blues who continue their quest to qualify for European competition next season.
