1. Ligue 1's top scorer in the 21st century
Mbappe is currently three goals shy of Edinson Cavani's record of 138 goals, according to Ligue1.com. Given his prowess in front of goal, this is a tally that he can match and break within the first few games of the season.
However, he is still 19 goals short of becoming PSG's all-time top-scorer in the league, given that a significant chunk of his goals came during his time at AS Monaco.
2. Equal the record for the most number of Golden Boots in Ligue 1 history
At just 23 years, Mbappe has already won the Golden Boot four times. Another Golden Boot this season will see him move level with Jean-Pierre Papin, who won five consecutive Golden Boots with Olympique de Marseille between 1988 to 1992.

3. Set a new record for braces and hat tricks scored
So far, the French star scored 24 braces and three hat tricks at PSG. The record for the most number of braces and hat tricks scored is currently held by Swedish icon Zlatan Ibrahimovic who bagged 26 doubles and six hat tricks, respectively.
It is fair to assume or say that these are records easily within Mbappe's grasp.
An embarrassing moment for Marco Veratti after fans seemingly catches him smoking
Sports Brief had earlier reported that Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti was left in an embarrassing position when a fan kindly gave him a reminder to hide his cigarette.
Verratti appeared to be exiting the club's training grounds and stopped to take pictures with the teeming fanbase of the club.
However, what will ensue in his interaction with the fans will bring some form of embarrassment to the midfield linchpin.
