Super Eagles Striker Completes Degree Programme at UK University, Prepares for Graduation

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Taiwo Awoniyi who plays for Premier League side Nottingham Forest and the Super Eagles has confirmed that he has completed a degree programme in Business Management in the UK.

The Nigerian star this summer moved to Nottingham Forest from German side Union Berlin where he was impressive last season netting 19 goals.

Awoniyi started his football career on the streets of Ilorin in Kwara State before getting the chance to represent Nigeria at the Under 17 World Cup in Dubai in 2013 winning the title.

His performances at the Under 17 World Cup helped him secure a move to Liverpool in 2015, but he never played any games for the Anfield based side as he spent his six-year playing on loan.
