Taiwo Awoniyi who plays for Premier League side Nottingham Forest and the Super Eagles has confirmed that he has completed a degree programme in Business Management in the UK.
The Nigerian star this summer moved to Nottingham Forest from German side Union Berlin where he was impressive last season netting 19 goals.
Awoniyi started his football career on the streets of Ilorin in Kwara State before getting the chance to represent Nigeria at the Under 17 World Cup in Dubai in 2013 winning the title.
His performances at the Under 17 World Cup helped him secure a move to Liverpool in 2015, but he never played any games for the Anfield based side as he spent his six-year playing on loan.

According to the report on Soccernet and Nationsport, Taiwo Awoniyi explained that he is happy to become a graduate stressing that his graduation is in September.

“I got my Diploma in Business and Marketing Management two years ago from the London School of International Business.
“I’m also happy to inform you that I’ve just finished a degree programme in Business Management at Buckinghamshire New University, and my graduation is next month.”

FootballEarlier, Sports Brief had reported how Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi lauded Mikel Obi for his achievements during his time with English Premier League club Chelsea.
