African giants Morocco have suffered a huge blow ahead of the 2022 World Cup of Qatar as their winger Tarik Tissoudali sustained injury and has been ruled out of action for the next six months.
This will come as a disappointing news for all Morocco fans considering the important roles Tarik Tissoudali played in ensuring that his country qualified for the World Cup.
Morocco are in Group F for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and they will face Belgium, Canada and Croatia in which these three matches are expected to be challenging.
According to the report on GOAL, Tissoudali was forced out of the Buffalos' 1-1 Belgian Pro League draw against Sint-Truidense V.V. on Saturday after picking up an injury.

Gent have also made a statement regarding the injury sustained by Tarik Tissoudali as they confirmed that the 29-year-old will be operated on Friday, 05 August.
Gent's statement on Tarik Tissoudali's injury
"A scan would confirm the nature of the injury and the verdict is tough. He tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. Tarik is now awaiting a rehabilitation of at least six months.
"He will be operated on Friday. Tarik sounds combative and will start his rehabilitation with great courage. The whole of KAA Gent wishes him a speedy recovery."
