Bale joined Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) after nine years in Spain with Real Madrid and has already left a mark on his fellow squad members.
LAFC midfielder Ilie Sanchez recently admitted that Bale goes out of his way to speak Spanish to him and the other Spanish-speaking members of the squad, 90 Mins reported.

Sanchez added that sometimes they spoke English to Bale, and he would still reply in Spanish. Sanchez’s admission will put to bed a long-running belief that Bale didn’t know how to speak Spanish.
During his eight years at Madrid, the Welshman was often accused of refusing to learn the language.
As reported by SportBible, Bale was picked upon by the Spanish media during his time at Madrid. It didn’t end after his move, either.
