Madrid only brought in two new signings this season, signing Aurélien Tchouameni from AS Monaco and Antonio Rüdiger on a free transfer, TransferMarkt reported.
Despite the limited activity in the market, coach Carlo Ancelotti has full faith in the squad he already has at his disposal.

When quizzed about how Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga and Dani Ceballos compared to the veteran midfielders, Ancelotti had special praise for Casemiro, Toni Kroos and Luka Modrić, Football Espana reported.
“I like both of them; the classics and the rock and roll. I call Casemiro, Kroos and Modric the Bermuda triangle because the ball disappears there,” Ancelloti said.
The manager made the comments after Real Madrid ended their pre-season campaign with a win. Madrid beat Juventus 2-0 in their final game thanks to Karim Benzema's and Marco Asensio's goals.
Los Blancos will next take on Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Super Cup final on 10 Aug. The annual fixture sees the Champions League winners take on the Europa League winners.
