Barcelona president Joan Laporta has vowed to do all he can to re-sign Lionel Messi next summer when the PSG star's contract expires.
Messi, 35, exited the Nou Camp to join the French giants on a free transfer in 2021, calling an emotional end to his 21-year Barcelona career.
Laporta, who admitted he feels 'indebted' to the Argentine superstar, is set to do everything in his power to lure him back to the Catalan club next year.

"We will do our best in order for Leo Messi to wear the Barcelona shirt again. It will not be easy but I think with a correct strategy we can accomplish it," Joan Laporta has told CBS Sports, via Daily Mail.
"Have you talked to Messi about it? This is just an idea that we have at the moment. This is what I can say for now.
"We want him back to wear the Barca shirt because the club loves Leo, and the fans love Leo. I love him too and will do my best."
Previously, it was reported that Xavi asked the club to bring the Argentine back to Camp Nou. The Catalans reportedly consider making a move for him next summer when his contract at Paris Saint-Germain is set to expire.
However, it has also been reported that the Parisians will look to extend Messi's current deal.
