Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus has been hailed by new Ajax manager Alfred Schreuder following his outstanding displays in pre-season.
The 21-year-old has scored in all three of Ajax's pre-season games, playing in different positions, including as a striker.
After scoring in the 3-1 victory over Shaktar Donetsk, Alfred Schreuder expressed excitement over the versatility of the midfielder.
"We have also used him a lot in training as a striker and as a right winger,” the Dutch coach told Ajax TV as quoted by Pulse.

“He does that very well. He plays on intuition, which makes him very difficult for opponents to defend. He is strong, fast and agile. good impression.

Mohammed Kudus has played in different positions in pre-season and he is now considered as an option for the striking role. He scored in the 1-1 draw against KAS Eupen, before netting in the wins against RB Liepzig and Shaktar Donetsk.
The Right to Dream Academy graduate will be hoping to continue his rich run of form ahead of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar later this year.
The former FC Nordsjaelland star joined Ajax in the summer of 2020, but injuries have hampered his first two seasons.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus netted his second goal in two games as Ajax weathered the storm to beat Red Bull Salzburg in a pre-season friendly.
Kudus scored his side's second as they won 3-2 at the Saalfelden Arena in Austria.
In a video posted on social media, the 21-year-old rose high to meet a cross from Steven Bergwijn in the 40th minute.
