Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig are edging closer to bringing in new players.
The German giants reportedly could both welcome new additions to their sides before the DFL-SuperCup.
The DFL-SuperCup or German Supercup, as it is also known, will be contested between Munich and Leipzig on Saturday, July 30.
Bayern qualified for the once-off game as Bundesliga champions, while Leipzig won the DFB-POKAL to earn their place in the SuperCup, Interesting Football reported.

New signings Sadio Mané and Matthijs de Ligt are expected to feature, but Munich could also have Konrad Laimer on their books by then. The Austrian midfielder, who plays for RB Leipzig, is reportedly close to joining the champions.
German transfer expert, Florian Plettenberg, suggested that a deal for the player would be done before Saturday, Bulinews reported.
"Bayern are optimistic that they can acquire him this week," Plettenberg noted, "the transfer should still work out, possibly before the Supercup."
Plettenberg also suggested that Leipzig could strengthen their side by bringing in David Raum from Hoffenheim quite soon.
Leipzig had already approached Hoffenheim for the player's services, but their first offer was considered too low.
