Eric Bailly set for crunch talks with Ten Hag

Reports suggest the 28-year-old defender is set for crunch talks with United boss Erik ten Hag over his future at Old Trafford.

While Bailly has impressed during United's pre-season tour, he is unlikely to be a starter at the Theatre of Dreams next season.

Sky Sports now claims that the Ivorian would welcome the opportunity to discuss a move to the Giallorossi.

Bailly was Mourinho's first signing after the Portuguese took charge of the Red Devils back in 2016 from Villarreal.

Despite a promising start to life with the Manchester club, injuries have hampered his progress for the better part of his six-year stay with United.

A move to Roma would see him become the second United player to join the Italian giants this summer after Nemanja Matic's free transfer.

Martial linked with Juve move

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Juventus are reportedly looking to sign Man United forward Anthony Martial this summer.

The Italian giants are keen to find a replacement for Alvaro Morata, whose loan deal with the club expired at the end of last season.

Martial has had a promising pre-season campaign with United under Erik ten Hag, and it now remains to be seen if the Red Devils would be willing to offload him.
