FootballRoyal AM CEO Sinky Mnisi Remains Silent Over Suspension by Thwihli Thwahla
- Suspended Royal AM Sinky Mnisi has decided to stay quiet regarding his status as persona non grata at the club
- His suspension came not long after former coach John Maduka suddenly jumped ship for another KwaZulu-Natal team in Maritzburg United
- It is believed that Mnisi approving this resignation did not sit well with the team's owner Shauwn Mkhize
Suspended Royal AM CEO Sinky Mnisi has decided to hold his tongue until further notice with regards to his suspension.
He was put on ice just days after former coach John Maduka walked away from Thwihli Thwahla without notice following an excellent first season in the DStv Premiership, resurfacing at Maritzburg United.
A tweet by @UnplayableZA quoted a source within the club saying that this was among other arbitrary but unsanctioned decisions taken by Mnisi which got landed him into hot water, stating:

"He's suspended for doing things without the approval of the club. For example, he brought Marlon Heugh and the club approved a 1 year contract, but it's longer."
SowetanLIVE also reported that owner Shauwn 'MaMkhize' Mkhize was out of the country when Maduka resigned without her knowledge.
However, when pressed for comment about the situation, Mnisi responded:
“I’ve got no comment. Phone the club and get them to comment, I’ve not spoken to any media and I don’t intend to do so."
John Maduka fires back at allegations that he left Royal AM because he does not have CAF coaching license
Martizburg United's new coach John Maduka has gone on the offensive to ensure that his name remains unsullied.
As reported by Sports Brief, Maduka suddenly called it quits as Royal AM last month after guiding the side to a CAF Confederation Cup finish, with Thwihli Thwahla having finished in third place on the DStv Premiership table.
This then led to whispers that the Malawian left because he was not a CAF-accredited coach, which is compulsory to coach in CAF-sanctioned matches.
