"We have been in talks with Balotelli for several weeks. He is an endearing guy. Constantin said as quoted on Blick.ch,
"He is also a much-changed player. Had he had his current mindset 10 years ago, he'd have won the Ballon d'Or several times.
"I don't yet know what the chances are of him joining us, but we are still working on the case.
"Demirspor are prepared to open the door for him to leave.
"Emotions, more than money, could convince him to move to Sion.
"If I can get Balotelli, that will change the scope of the team. His presence could enable me to wrap up other signings."
This is not the first time Constantin is pursuing Balotelli, as he initially made attempts to land the striker in 2016 when he left Liverpool. That did not work out, however, with the striker instead going on to join Nice at the time.
