Football fans are still reeling at the current reality that Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos are now teammates.
Years ago, if you would have mentioned that the pair would eventually come together for one club, you would have been considered a delusional fan.
But that is exactly the case as Messi and Ramos, two of the most iconic rivals in the El Classico in the 2010s, are now partners at Paris Saint Germain.
Sergio Ramos joined PSG last year after his contract at Real Madrid ran down, while Messi was practically forced out of a cash-strapped Barcelona.

Bizarrely, both players joined PSG on free transfers.
The Ligue 1 champions were in action on Friday in one of their first warm up games ahead of the new season where they came up against Ligue 2 outfit Quevilly-Rouen.
Under new boss Christophe Galtier, both Messi and Ramos were given the nod to start, and the opening saw the Argentine win a penalty for his side.
It is kind to note that PSG have a number of penalty specialists, including Messi, Ramos, Neymar and at times Mbappe.
But despite Messi being favorite to take the penalty which he earned himself, the former Barcelona man decided to give Ramos the spot kick.
Ramos rolled the penalty to the back of the net, but fans were more stunned by the whole scenario involving Messi and Ramos now handing each other favors.

In transfer news, Mauro Icardi looks set to make a return to the Serie A after talks with newbies Monza progressed.

He is no stranger in Italy, having spent nine years in the Serie A before eventually moving to the Parc des Princes.
