Raheem Sterling has announced his intentions as Chelsea's most-recent recruit, disclosing he is ready to do his 'talking on the pitch'.
Sterling completed a five-year deal from Premier League champions Manchester City and is raring to go for the Blues.
The 27-year-old becomes the first major signing in the post-Abramovich era and is expected to bolster the attack of Thomas Tuchel ahead of what promises to be an exciting 2022-23 season.
After swapping the blue side of Manchester for the blue half of London, Sterling was full of optimism ahead of the new campaign as a Chelsea player.

"First and foremost, it’s a pleasure to be here," he told the club's official website.
"I’ve obviously achieved a lot in my career so far, but there is still so much more to achieve and I’m really looking forward to doing that in a Chelsea shirt, under Thomas’s management."
Sterling continued: "London is my home and where it all started for me, and it’s amazing I now have the opportunity to play in front of friends and family week in, week out at Stamford Bridge. I’m really looking forward to meeting the fans there soon."
The London-born forward also took time to appreciate Chelsea owner Todd Boehly and manager Thomas Tuchel for his move to Stamford Bridge.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that England international Raheem Sterling on Wednesday became Chelsea's first signing since Todd Boehly's consortium bought the club, ending his successful spell at Manchester City.
The 27-year-old forward signed a five-year contract for a fee reported to be £50 million ($59 million).
"England star Raheem Sterling has joined Chelsea from Manchester City on a five-year contract," said the buying club in a statement on their website.
