Royal AM have taken action against one of the new signings.
Khetukuthula Ndlovu was unveiled by Shauwn Mkhize’s side as one of their new signings, but the player disputes this.
The Thwihli Thwahla have now issued a letter to the player and his agent after Ndlovu failed to show up for training, SABC Sport reported.
Royal AM’s Attorney, Leruma Thobejane, confirmed that the player was in breach of his contract by absconding from duty after he was unveiled as one of the club’s new players.

Ndlovu’s agent first wrote a letter to the club, explaining that his client had yet to put pen to paper on a contract with MaMkhize’s side, even though he was unveiled as a new player. Ndlovu’s agent claimed that he was still a Swallows FC as a result.
Thobejane, though has explained that Swallows and Royal AM entered into a sale agreement, and therefore Ndlovu’s contract with the Dube Birds were now transferred to the KwaZulu-Natal club. He also added that Swallows had signed a clearance, meaning the player was no longer one of the club’s players.
Ndlovu has not reported to training since, and Thobejane confirmed that this was a violation of his contract.
