The Belgian striker sparked outrage from the Blues support base after he shared a cryptic Instagram post that referenced how easy it is to "cut ties."
The 29-year-old posted a photo of himself looking at his phone with the caption:
"I'ma probably show you I'm solid first and if the energy ain't right."

According to The Sun, the the words are quotes from the song 'Scorpio' by American rapper Moneybagg Yo.
Chelsea fans call out Romelu Lukaku
However, a section of Chelsea fans felt that the wordings were a direct dig aimed at the west London club and reacted to the post by calling out the Belgian ace.
One said:
"Chelsea fans already cut ties with you. Stop feeling important."
Another posed:
"Does he realise he still has a contract at Chelsea?"
A third noted:
"Just gift him to Inter after the loan spell if they can't afford the price. No more big babies in this club."
A fourth admitted:
"I never believed him from day one in his Chelsea return."
