In a photo posted on Twitter, seen by Sports Brief, Salah, who appears to be coming from a swimming stint looked incredibly shredded and ripped, showing off his six-pack.

He will be looking to continue from where he left off last season, scooping home the Golden Boot award, PFA Player's Player of the Season and the FWA Footballer of the Season awards.

Mohamed Salah finally signs Liverpool extension

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Mohamed Salah has finally extended his stay with Liverpool, signing a three-year contract after several months of negotiations with the club.

The Egyptian, who joined Liverpool from AS Roma in June 2017, signed a new long-term deal with the Reds which will see him stay at the club until June 2025.

According to English tabloid Daily Mirror, Mo Salah's new deal makes him the highest-paid player in the club's history with wages in excess of £350,000 per week.
